I got my copy and watched disc one last night - it is so interesting.

Disc two tonight. I haven't heard a lot of what you talk about explained before. Breathing with the horse is all new to me. 

I made my husband do the rooting exercise with me and I think I get it.

 I have always known to exhale into certain transitions but their discussion of coordinating your breath was interesting so I am trying to pay more attention to my horse's breath now. It isn't easy but I am trying because it makes sense that breathing awareness will be linked to energy awareness. 

So glad you are finding Patricia's exercises helpful. Our next DVD release will delve even deeper into breathing issues with more discussion, more exercises and new information on the horse's respiratory system.
